  1. Cancel browser authorization;
  2. Close other drive.nuphyio.com windows (or tabs) and refresh the io page;
  3. Press and hold the Fn+key combination until the keyboard restarts (returns to factory settings), and then test whether the keyboard can be used

Unable to save settings after adjusting them with NuPhyIO?

If you refresh the webpage after adjusting the settings and find that the settings have been restored to default, it may be because you have modified many settings at the same time, resulting in a large amount of data that has not been saved successfully. Please keep the current settings page open for more than five seconds after setting.

Magnetic Switch Keyboard Issue

Is the "Trigger Indicator Light" on Field75 HE not working?

Use the combination key: FN and T to turn on and off the "Trigger Indicator Light".

Does it prompt “Confirm Update” every time you open the driver?

Every time you open the driver, it prompts “Confirm Update” . Clicking “Cancel” will cause the keyboard to become bricked, and even if the upgrade is successful, a “Confirm Update” prompt will still pop up next time. This situation may be a hardware issue with the keyboard, and you need to contact the customer service of the platform you ordered to send back the keyboard. We will provide you with a solution after testing.

The keyboard does not respond when receiving/using normally/adjusting parameters, and cannot be used even after re plugging or unplugging?

This situation may be due to forgetting to burn the firmware at the factory or losing firmware information during use. Please contact the customer service of the platform you ordered to send you the firmware burning tool.

Is a key on the keyboard unusable?

Please replace it with another firmware version first. If it still cannot be used, please swap the axis of this button with other buttons after power off. After swapping, you need to click "Recalibrate", and then use normal force to long press the two swapped shafts multiple times until they turn green again on the screen, so that the keyboard can accurately record the shaft parameters when touching the bottom.

Is the keyboard automatically calibrated after clicking the “Recalibrate” button?

When clicking “Recalibrate”, the green button displayed on the screen indicates that it has been calibrated before and is not automatically calibrated. If recalibration is required, please press and hold the button multiple times with normal force. Or long press FN+C until the keyboard light turns completely red (indicating that the calibration information of the keyboard has been cleared), and then use normal force to long press all keys multiple times until they all turn green on the screen.

All keyboard lights are red and cannot be changed to other colors?

This situation indicates that the keyboard has not been calibrated. Please click "Recalibrate" and then press and hold all keys with normal force multiple times until they turn green on the screen.

Does the keyboard occasionally have combo/auto trigger?

Due to the sensitivity of the magnetic axis keyboard, it is easily affected by the environment and may occasionally experience combo/automatic triggering. Generally, re plugging and unplugging the cables can restore normal operation. If frequent combo/automatic triggering occurs, please try replacing with other firmware in the 'History Update'.

Does the keyboard occasionally have combo/auto trigger?

Please use a tool that displays whether the keyboard is currently triggering to test the disconnection phenomenon, such as opening the "Online Keyboard Test" tool 在线键盘测试 | zFrontier 装备前线, When the button is being triggered, it will be displayed in white and can be set to make a sound when triggered. If a button is held down and shaken, and the corresponding button on the interface occasionally displays other colors or makes intermittent sounds, it indicates that the button may have experienced a disconnection phenomenon.

If there is a disconnection phenomenon, please swap the axis of this button with other buttons after the power is turned off. After swapping, you need to click "recalibrate", and then press and hold the two swapped buttons multiple times with normal force until they turn green again on the screen. Then retest if they are disconnected.

If key A experiences a disconnection phenomenon when switched to another key B, key B will experience disconnection while key A will not, indicating that the disconnection phenomenon is caused by the shaft body. Please contact the customer service of the platform you ordered to send you a replacement shaft body.

  1. If the disconnected button A is switched to another button B, and button A still disconnects while button B continues to touch, it may be due to improper calibration or firmware issues. Please try replacing it with another firmware in the "History Update" section.

  2. If the disconnection phenomenon cannot be improved, please try adjusting the dead zone of the key to a higher value or contact the platform customer service you ordered to send back the keyboard. We will provide you with a solution after testing.

Does the "Press detection"/"Recalibration" function occasionally have a slight orange/yellow color when the button is not pressed?

This situation is mainly due to the browser's performance limitations on the speed at which it can receive keyboard information, resulting in not receiving a keyboard reset message. If the keyboard does not automatically trigger/disconnect/fail to trigger during use, it indicates that there is no problem with the keyboard.

If there is always a little orange/yellow displayed, it may indicate that the shaft body has been hot plugged in. When it needs to be plugged in, the shaft body should be unplugged and reconnected after power failure. Then power on and click 'recalibrate', press and hold this button multiple times with normal force until it turns green again on the screen.

Did you find that the button cannot touch the bottom during the "Press Detection"/"Recalibration" function when pressing the button?

When it is found in the "Press Detection" that the button cannot be touched to the bottom, first adjust the "Trigger Key Range" to the highest, and test whether the button can be triggered in the input box of any software. If it can be triggered, it means that there is no problem with the current button, which may be a problem with the information report.

If the button cannot be triggered under high key travel during the testing process, you can try swapping the axis of this button with other buttons after power failure. After swapping, you need to click "Recalibrate", and then press and hold the two swapped buttons multiple times with normal force until they turn green again on the screen. Then retest if they can trigger when touching the bottom/high key stroke. If this phenomenon still cannot be improved, please try adjusting the dead zone of the key to a higher value or contact the platform customer service you ordered to send back the keyboard. We will provide you with a solution after testing.

Did you find that the button cannot be calibrated in the “Recalibration” function and always displays a red border?

If there is a button that cannot be calibrated during the testing process, you can try swapping the axis of this button with other buttons after the power is turned off. After swapping, you need to click "Recalibrate", and then press and hold the two swapped buttons multiple times with normal force until they turn green again on the screen. If this phenomenon still cannot be improved, please try replacing the firmware in the "History Update" or contact the platform customer service you ordered to send back the keyboard. We will provide you with a solution after testing.

Will the button automatically trigger/continuously combo after power on/sleep on?

During the startup process of a computer, the voltage of the USB interface may fluctuate, and some computers may experience large fluctuations, which can have a significant impact on the magnetic axis keyboard. This impact may cause the magnetic axis keyboard to display automatically or continuously click. This phenomenon will not damage the keyboard. It is recommended to plug in the keyboard after the computer is turned on.

After adjusting the dead zone to 0, entering NuPhyIO again will display the dead zone closed?

In the firmware, the state of 0 dead zone is the state of dead zone closure, so when reported to the driver, the driver will display dead zone closure.

Pressing has reached the trigger key, but NuPhyIO does not display the trigger?

Due to browser limitations, the functionality of test keys may not be as accurate. Sometimes, when the trigger key is reached, the browser does not display the trigger phenomenon, or when many keys are actually triggered, only one is displayed. We are working hard to optimize this issue.
